Can I book an appointment online?
Yes. Use the scheduler on this page to choose your provider, service, and time. You will receive an email confirmation, and you can reschedule from the same link.
What if I do not see a time that works?
Call or text 813-567-5675 or email admin@myhavenwellness.com. We keep some appointments off the online calendar and can often fit you in sooner.
Is the patient portal the same as booking?
No. The scheduler above is for new and existing patients to book visits. The patient portal is where existing patients view records, message the office, and complete forms.
